چکیده

Aim/Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the critical predictors affecting project desertion in Blockchain projects. Background: is one innovations that disrupt a broad range industries and has attracted interest software developers. However, despite being an open-source (OSS) project, maintenance ultimately relies on small core developers, it still uncertain whether technology will continue attract sufficient number Methodology: utilized systematic literature review (SLR) expert method. SLR identified 21 primary studies related published Scopus databases from year 2010 2020. Then, experts were asked rank importance Blockchain. Contribution: A theoretical framework constructed based Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) constructs; personal, behavior, environmental theories. Findings: findings indicate 12 through important significant. Recommendations for Practitioners: proposed paper can be used by development community as basis developers who might have tendency abandon project. Recommendation Researchers: results show some predictors, such code testing tasks, contributed decoupling, system integration heterogeneity are not covered existing developer turnover models integrated into future research efforts. Impact Society: This highlights how individual’s design choices could determine success or failure IS It direct crypto-currency investors cyber-security managers pay attention developer’s behavior while ensuring secure investments, especially crypto-currencies Future Research: may employ additional methods, meta-analysis, provide comprehensive picture main predict

The Two Sample T-test with One Variance Unknown

We consider the situation in two sample testing when one variance is assumed to be known while the other variance is considered unknown. This situation arises, for example, when one is interested in comparing a standard treatment with a new treatment. Although this situation occurs relatively infrequently, our example discusses the important tool of moment matching and makes the classic two sam...
